pan camera around with buttons or touch

hi i am beginner to unity pls anyone tell me the procedure for panning the camera....i hav a territory user wants to see the territory by panning the camera will it be good if i use 4 gui buttons to pan right left or touch is enough ? pls give me the script and procedure **Edit :** ..... i have a territory in my project .... the user need to pan the territory by touching ......please someone help me to do this and give step by step instruction to do this ....n also provide me the script .....pls sort out my problem ....
